YBLN의 미래와 지속적인 발전을 위해 회장 선출 자격 조건에 대한 정관개정을 추진합니다.
이번 정관개정 안건은 ‘22년 10월 울산한상대회 운영위원회 회의를 통해 심도 있게 논의 되었으며, 차기 회장 선출부터 “만 45세 이하"라는 자격조건을 삭제하기로 의결하였습니다.
정관개정 절차에 따라, YBLN 임시총회를 소집하여 동 안건을 상정하고, 전자투표를 통해 회장 선출 자격 조건 수정 여부를 결정할 예정입니다.
시간이 지날수록 우리 YBLN의 대내외적인 활동과 교류가 활발해지고 있습니다. 우리 내부 활동 강화 및 가치 창출 뿐만 아니라, 사회적 관심과 역할에도 책임 있는 활동과 참여를 요구 받고 있습니다.
결국, YBLN을 대표하는 회장의 역할과 책임은 더욱 무거워지며, YBLN 활동과 운영에 많은 시간과 에너지를 할애하고 헌신해야 한다는 것을 의미합니다.
이번 회장 선출 자격 조건 개정은, 관례적으로 이어받기식, 떠밀기식, 회장 선출이 아니라, 시간적으로나 재정적으로 충분이 여유가 있고, 경험과 연륜이 뒷받침된 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 회원들이 추천되어 회장으로 선출되어야 한다는 믿음을 반영한 것입니다.
곧 임시총회 소집을 통해 안건을 내고 전자투표 방식으로 찬반 여부를 결정할 예정입니다.
관례를 깨고, 변화를 통해, 자발적이고 우수한 인재들이 차기 회장으로 선출될 수 있도록 여러분들께서 회장선출 자격요건을 완화해 주시기 바랍니다.

Dear and respected YBLN members,
For the future and continuous development of YBLN, we are promoting the revision of the articles of association regarding the qualifications for the election of the president.
The amendment to the Articles of Association was discussed in depth at the Ulsan World Korean Business Convention Steering Committee meeting in October 2022, and it was decided to delete the qualification condition of “under 45 years of age” from the election of the next president.
In accordance with the articles of the association revision process, YBLN will convene an extraordinary general meeting to present the agenda and decide whether to revise the qualifications for the election of the president through electronic voting.
YBLN's internal and external activities and exchanges are becoming more active. In addition to strengthening our internal activities and creating value, we are required to engage in responsible activities and participation in social interests and roles.
In the end, the role and responsibility of the president representing YBLN become even heavier, meaning that a lot of time and energy must be devoted to YBLN activities and operations.
This revision of the qualification conditions for the election of the president should be sufficient in terms of time and finance, not the customary takeover, push, and election of the president. Members capable of demonstrating leadership with experience and seniority should be nominated and elected as President.
Soon, the agenda will be presented through the convocation of an extraordinary general meeting, and the pros and cons will be decided by electronic voting.
I ask you to ease the qualification requirements for the election of the president so that voluntary and excellent talents can be elected as the next president.
