Dear YBLN members,
지난 부산 한상대회를 통해 멤버십위원회(위원장 박상범, Anthony, Germany)가 새로 창설되었습니다. 멤버십위원회가 할 기본적인 일은 YBLN의 초기 정신을 이어갈 수 있도록 회원의 가입, 유지, 탈퇴에 공정한 시스템을 도입하는 것입니다.
At the last Hansang Convention in Pusan, the Membership Committee has been established. It is entitled to set up and follow a fair process for recruiting, maintaining and dismissing of members.
올해부터는 YBLN이 YBLF와 별도로 운영되었습니다. 그래서, 비록 YBLF를 참석했다하더라도 YBLN에 가입하기 위해서 거쳐야 하는 별도의 절차를 마련하려 합니다. 신규회원을 잘 선발하는 일이 우리 YBLN의 미래와 직결되어 있음은 모두가 공감할 것입니다.
From this year on, YBLN will be operated separately from YBLF. So we need to design a new recruiting system to keep and enhance the legendand spirit of YBLN.
신규회원가입요건에 대한 초안을 회장단 승인을 거쳐 10월10일까지 여러분에게 공유하겠습니다. 10월20일까지 10일간 피드백을 받은 후, 재조율과 승인절차를 거쳐 최종적으로 10월30일 신규참여자들에게 가입요건을 공지하려고 합니다. 현재 정관에도 신규회원의 가입은 회장단의 승인을 득하도록 되어 있습니다.
The time table afterwards is as follows;
10월10일 신규회원가입요건 초안 공유 (The draft will be shared with all members)
10월20일 기존회원의 피드백 (Feedback to membership committee)
10월30일 신규회원가입요건 발표 (The final requirement for application will be announced)
11월15일 신규회원 가입 신청 (Deadline for the application)
11월30일 신규회원 명단 발표 (Announcement of the new associate members)
12월15일 회비 납부 마감 (Deadline for the payment of membership fee)
12월30일 2015년 회원명단 발표 (Announcement of all members for year 2015)
